Nondera Energy Services Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 Training Requirements

Responsibilities

Assist with electrical engineering projects and technical assessments.
Identify technical faults and support troubleshooting activities.
Assist with computer hardware configuration, diagnostics and maintenance.
Support system setup, testing and maintenance.
Apply programming knowledge to technical tasks and automation.
Prepare technical reports, presentations and documentation.
Perform other assigned technical and administrative duties.

Requirements (Eligibility)

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Minimum Second Class Lower (2:2).
Must be an eligible NYSC corps member.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Computer Architecture and Programming.
Practical knowledge of Python, C, C++, Java or similar programming languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication, analytical and documentation skills.
Must reside in Lagos.

Previous internship or industrial training experience is an advantage.
